About our studio

At RM Fitness our philosophy goes beyond the traditional gym experience. We understand that true well-being requires a comprehensive approach, through a dynamic fusion of training, therapy and recovery in our own private training studio, Our commitment is to foster an environment that allows you to priotise your health and performance without the constraints of a typical gym. We are an appointment based Personal Training studio. The studio is completely private with only you and one of our certified trainers at any one time. Our studio is fully equiped with commercial grade cardivascular and resistance/weight training equipent.

RM Fitness Packages

We have packages to suit all, for example we offer the following options; 1 Personal training session one day per week for 4 weeks or 2 Personal training sessions two days per week for 4 weeks, it comes down to your fitness objectives and budget.

Each of our Personal Trainers are dynamic and fully qualified trainers, they are passionate about achieving their clients health and fitness goals. Our trainers have many years of top level experience delivering consistent health results based on their choosen training package.

Where is the studio located?

Our studio is located on the north side of the quays in Drogheda at 12 Merchant’s Quay, Co. Louth, A92 XK18, in a central, easily accessible area with convenient nearby parking.

Personal training gives you a structured plan built specifically around your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle — no guesswork and no generic programs.

You’ll learn proper technique, reducing the risk of injury while making every exercise more effective. Having a coach beside you pushes you to train harder than you would alone, keeping motivation high and standards even higher.

Beyond the workouts, you get ongoing support — guidance, accountability, and honest feedback — so you stay consistent, overcome setbacks, and keep moving forward. The result is faster progress that’s sustainable long term, not just a short-term fix.

We offer two types of personal training: one-to-one personal training and small group personal training (limited to a maximum of 2–3 people).

Each session lasts 50 minutes and is tailored to suit different goals, fitness levels, and experience.

Whether you prefer focused one-to-one coaching or want to train in a small, structured group setting, we have options to match your needs and schedule

Booking is straightforward. You can fill out the contact form on our website or email studio@rmfitness.ie directly.

Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll arrange a call to discuss your specific goals and availability. From there, we’ll schedule a time for you to visit our private studio for a face-to-face consultation and take the next steps toward getting started.

Please bring comfortable workout clothing, suitable training shoes, and a water bottle. Most importantly, bring a positive mindset and readiness to work toward your goals. We’ll take care of the rest!
